*Warranty: We will repair or exchange any defective merchandise for a period of 90 days after the date of sale. We work very hard to ensure that all of our clients are satisfied. NOTE: If returning merchandise from the USA, please indicate on your return mail that this is "CANADIAN GOODS, BEING RETURNED TO THE MANUFACTURER". If this is not done, Canada Customs will not allow the shipment through without hefty Duty and Excise Taxes, and we will not be able to accept the shipment.
We keep a large inventory of jewelry in stock which can be shipped in 5 business days. Custom Orders are shipped in 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece. If you have a deadline please let us know and we will try to ship your custom order sooner.
We ship by Express Post within Canada, and Registered Mail to the USA. Deliveries usually take 4 - 10 business days depending on your location. Fedex and UPS are also available for a small additional shipping charge, and deliver within 48 hours to almost anywhere in the USA or Canada.
